Our roots began 50 years ago when we offered financial services to US Border Patrol Agents. Recently we have expanded our range of membership to include ALL San Diego residents, so now virtually everyone can enjoy our great low rates and personal service. Remember, we are federally insured, like a bank, and offer the same products and services, like a bank. What's the difference? You are a member of this financial institution, which means you are an owner.

You are eligible for membership if you belong in one of the following categories:

	You live or work in San Diego County.
	You are a federal government employee who lives or works in either San Diego or Imperial County.
	You are a relative of someone who qualifies for membership.

Once you've determined you are eligible, just fill out a member application and make the initial deposit of $5 or more. Congratulations! From that moment on, you are a member for life, even if you change jobs or move to a different location.
